Sayulita hosts several condominium complexes. Some—most—of these complexes are relatively new and/or quite luxurious, with pools and hot tubs (shared), satellite TV options, 24-hour security and secured parking. All are within walking distance of the beach, north or south side, and many offers verandahs with splendid views of the sea and the jungled hills surrounding town.
